- Custom Orders: Please note that custom colours or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Tracking Required: All returns MUST be sent with a valid tracking number. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
