Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom colours or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Tracking Required: All returns MUST be sent with a valid tracking number. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. All returns MUST be sent with tracking.

Processing Time

• All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days (depending on location).
• Express Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Tracking

• Every order is shipped with a tracking number for your peace of mind.
• You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

• At this time we currently do not offer International Shipping. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We’ll assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

PLA filament is a biodegradable thermoplastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane, or beets. It is widely used in 3D printing due to its user-friendly properties and minimal warping, making it suitable for all designs.

Our 3D printed items are NOT intended for consumption. While they are made from renewable PLA materials they should never be placed in the mouth or used for food contact. 

Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Always supervise children of all ages around 3D printed objects.
